Its a 200sq foot area with no tables and pretty consistent flow through traffic.I encourage both.

I came to the shop my first time on Friday. We talked about why you scooped out some grounds from the portafilter before tamping. I get what you mean about the small space. It’s too bad there’s not room for a few tables and chairs around.
