The coffee
The best of Butter Knife, minus half the kick. Buzz Lite is built around the same Brazilian component that anchors our Butter Knife espresso. Nutty, low acidity, heavy body. The Decaf Colombia from Huila brings sweetness and balance, processed using the EA method to preserve as much flavour as possible while cutting the caffeine.
The blend
Brazil sets the foundation. Naturally processed in Minas Gerais, the Brazilian component brings that classic sticky sweetness and low acidity. The fermentation that happens during the natural process pushes fruit character closer to coffee cherry than bright berry. The result is dense, roasted, and full bodied. The Colombian decaf rounds it out without flattening it.
Brew it your way
Espresso, filter, Aeropress. Any time of day. Buzz Lite is roasted to perform across brewing methods. Pull it as espresso at a 1:2 ratio in 28 to 32 seconds, or brew it filter at 1:16. The flavour holds up either way.
