We roast Butter Knife Espresso in house, and our baristas pull every shot on La Marzocco machines. Milk or a milk alternative, we texture and pour it exactly how you like it. Fresh bags are always on the shelf to take home.

We keep the menu small so every drink gets the attention it deserves. Every espresso drink starts with Butter Knife, and our drip coffee is brewed fresh throughout the day.
