Shipping policy

Free Shipping

  • Ontario orders over $75 — free shipping on any order
  • Canada-wide orders over $75 — free shipping on subscription orders

Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Processing

All orders are processed the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Options

We ship exclusively via Canada Post. Two services are available at checkout:

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel — standard tracked shipping (default for subscription orders)
  • Canada Post Xpresspost — faster tracked shipping for time-sensitive orders

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your package anytime at canadapost.ca or check for service delays at canadapost.ca/servicealerts.

Once Your Order Ships

Once your order has been scanned and accepted by Canada Post, it is in their care and custody. At that point, SJCB's responsibility for the shipment ends.

Canada Post is solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package from that point forward. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, you will need to contact Canada Post directly to resolve the issue or file a claim.

We understand this can be frustrating. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please submit a claim directly with Canada Post at canadapost.ca/claims. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Stolen Packages

SJCB is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by Canada Post but reported as stolen. Once a delivery has been confirmed, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local police and contacting Canada Post at 1-888-550-6333.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

SJCB is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
